- Please check to see if you/your child is required for this concert. If you/your child is listed, but unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.
- Please check the programme running order. Most changes will be very quick, but if you think it is impossible, please let me know as soon as possible.
- Because the changing area is very limited, we can only allow maximum of 5 dressers for each performance. If you are willing to be a dresser for any or all of the performances, please let me know by email via the contact page.
- I would be most grateful for volunteers to take tickets, organise the raffle, sell teas and coffees, help build the stage, set out the seating and clear away afterwards etc. If you are, or you know anyone who would be, willing to take on any of these tasks, please contact me by email via the contact page.
- All dancers will need to arrive at the Fieldgate Centre by 12.30pm to allow time to rehearse the finale and prepare for the concert. The final performance will finish at approximately 7.45pm
- All dancers will need all of their costumes, make up and hair accessories and will also need snacks and plenty to drink.
